Return Policy
Cancellation policies:
If you send us an email within 48 hours after purchase, you may cancel your order for free. Otherwise, Bacce will refund your purchase amount minus 25% of the total.
Bacce reserves the right to cancel an order within 24 hours after purchase.
Refunds policy when...:
1. You have cancelled an order.
If you send us an email within 48 hours after purchase, you may cancel your order for free. Otherwise, Baccē will refund your purchase amount minus 25% of the total.
2. The order has been shipped but you don't want it.
Of course, the item must be in same condition as it was sent. In this case we refund the item price (not shipping costs) and you will be responsible of back shipping costs. We don't refund money if item is broken, damaged or lost.
Note for international customers:
When we refund customers, we process the refund amount in EUR at the exchange when originally confirmed transaction sale at in USD (or others). In the time that passes between the original purchase and the refund the currency may have fluctuated up or down. We are unable to adjust this amount and any amount that customers may have lost or gained due to the currency rate fluctuation. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
Elegible items:
As you know, most of handmade items are customized. We offer the possibility to choose how you want your item looks like, if possible.
Damages and losses:
All items are shipped with signature required. We package them considering its safety. In case you receive an item with damages due to shipping, please contact us to claim to the post office.
Exchanges:
In case your item has a construction defect, please contact us to see how to exchange it.
