+ - Return Policy Cancellation policies: If you send us an email within 48 hours after purchase, you may cancel your order for free. The order has been shipped but you don't want it. Of course, the item must be in same condition as it was sent. In this case we refund the item price (not shipping costs) and you will be responsible of back shipping costs. We don't refund money if item is broken, damaged or lost. Note for international customers: When we refund customers, we process the refund amount in EUR at the exchange when originally confirmed transaction sale at in USD (or others). In the time that passes between the original purchase and the refund the currency may have fluctuated up or down.
